A number of MS patients with communication difficulties will soon be able to trial a device which will assist them to communicate more effectively, thanks to $20K donation from Pharmacy 777 towards speech technology at MSWA.
Working with the MSWA team, we have allocated the funds towards the NeuroNode Trilogy communication system, including training and support for the speech pathology team.
The NeuroNode gives users the ability to control a computer or communication device enabling speech, assisting to send text messages/emails and more. A video introduction to the device can be found here.

“It’s the everyday things such as sending a quick text message, or browsing the internet that we take for granted,” said Mr Stafford.
Pharmacy 777 Managing Director, Kim Brotherson commented, “Supporting this remarkable technology will make a difference to the lives of patients with limited speech and movement and how they communicate and connect. We are honoured to help make this difference happen.”
