777 City to Surf Success Story

Thanks to our generous supporters, we have raised just over $20,000 to support the MS Society of WA!

It was a chilly start to the race day, but 56 Pharmacy 777 team members braved the wind and cold to join thousands of participants in this year’s Perth City to Surf, held on Sunday 28th August. 

Pharmacy 777 team members donned their signature red singlets to cover a range of distances, from 4km walks to 21km half marathons in support of the MS Society of WA. Once reaching the City Beach finish line, they enjoyed a cold drink, a sausage sizzle and a well-earned rest! 

Participating in the City to Surf and donating to the 777 Team has become somewhat of a Pharmacy 777 tradition over the years. It’s an initiative introduced by Pharmacy 777 Managing Director Kim Brotherson, a long-time supporter of MSWA.

This year’s fundraising efforts go off to an impressive start with the Pharmacy 777 Community Foundation donating $10,000 to the cause. This generosity continued in the weeks leading up to the race, and culminated in a grand total of $20,597.75 being raised - an amazing achievement!

Since 2011, the Pharmacy 777 team - with the support of staff, family, friends and patients - have raised over $100,000 in support of MSWA. Thank you to everyone who supported the 777 Team this year, we are truly grateful for your generosity and look forward to continuing this success next year!
